When you request a quote or book a service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, home address, and details about the service you're requesting (home size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, service type). When you pay for a booking online, your payment is processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full card details. These are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide quotes, schedule and confirm bookings, communicate about your service, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

Your information is shared only with the cleaning staff assigned to your booking, for the purpose of completing your service. We may use third-party tools (such as form processing or scheduling software) that handle data on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality terms.

4. Data Retention

We retain customer information for as long as needed to provide services and maintain business records, including for tax and accounting purposes as required under Canadian law.

5. Your Rights

You can request to view, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at Hello@honourablecleaning.com.

6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

This website uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools, which may include Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device type and, where you have consented on those platforms, advertising identifiers, so we can understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and your Meta ad preferences.

Forms on this site are processed by Netlify Forms and stored on Netlify's servers in accordance with their privacy policy.

7. Text Messages & Email

If you ask us to text you a quote, we will send a single text from (604) 751-6260 with your price during business hours. If you request a discount code, we will email the code and may send occasional availability updates. You can reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email, and we will stop immediately. We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and never send commercial messages without your consent.
