The discount on a recurring plan is not a loyalty reward. It is priced that way because the job is genuinely smaller. A house cleaned two weeks ago has no built-up shower scale, no carbon in the oven and no grease film on the range hood, so the visit is maintenance rather than recovery. That is the whole logic: the more often we come, the less there is to do, and the less it costs each time.
It is also why the first visit is often a deep clean and the ones after it are not. Starting a bi-weekly plan on a house that has not had a full reset means the first visit does two jobs at once. Most people book a deep clean first, then let the recurring visits hold the line.
The other half is the same cleaner. Someone on their fourth visit knows which tap spots, that the dog is fine but the cat hides, that the spare key is not where the notes say. None of that is written down anywhere useful, and it is the difference between a service you have to manage and one you stop thinking about.
Willoughby and Walnut Grove are full of two-income commuter households, and the practical consequence is that almost nobody is home during the visit. That is fine and normal, and it makes the access arrangement the thing worth getting right at the start: a lockbox, a garage code, or a key we hold. Once that is settled the visits stop needing any coordination at all.
Three-storey townhouses shape the routine more than people expect. Stairs are the highest-traffic surface in these homes and the one that shows first, and the top-floor bathrooms carry the most humidity. On a bi-weekly rhythm those get attention every visit rather than being rotated.
Brookswood, Murrayville and Fort Langley lean older and larger, with more hard floor and more actual furniture. These homes tend to suit bi-weekly comfortably. Weekly makes sense where there are pets that shed or a household of five or more, because the floors are the constraint rather than the bathrooms.
Aldergrove and Milner acreages are the one case where weekly is often the honest recommendation. A gravel drive and a working yard put dirt through the entry continuously, and a fortnight is long enough for it to stop being maintenance.
That is the intent and it is what makes recurring work. Holidays and illness happen, and when they do we tell you in advance rather than sending someone unannounced.
No. Plans are month to month. Pause for a holiday, change the frequency, or cancel entirely, all without a fee. The discount applies while you are on the plan and stops if you stop, with nothing owing.
Fifteen percent against the one-time rate on every visit. The calculator shows the annual figure for your specific home once you have entered it, rather than a generic percentage, so you can see the real number before committing.
Tell us before the visit and we move or skip it. Skipping occasionally is fine. Skipping repeatedly turns each visit back into a recovery job, and at that point one-time pricing is usually the more honest fit.
If the house has not had a full reset in six months or more, yes. Starting recurring on top of built-up scale and oven carbon means the first visit is doing two jobs at once. A deep clean first, then bi-weekly, is the pattern most people settle into.
